Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Vehicles

• Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Admission

• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £50.00 (€59.46) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorised in advance on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.

Pitches

• Tents are not accepted at this park.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Arrivals and departures

• There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the Main gate instead.

Reception

• There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £30.00 (€35.67) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
