Liked: This is a great site from the moment we arrived, all the staff so helpful and constantly on the go keeping everything clean, great little chipper and the afternoon music is so good, we will be definitely returning

Disliked: Facilities were poor and poorly maintained, showers and toilets in portacabins up a hill with no path, pitches not delineated etc etc.

Liked: Beautiful welcome and shown to our pitch. Excellent services on site. Showers and toilets. Weather was amazing which added to the already natural beauty of the place. There was so much space, variety of people, tents caravan MH and no one was on top of the other. Coffee dock, fast food van , wine bar brilliant. Music on Friday and Saturday, entertainment. Finished up approptate time and no loud musuc after 11pm. Donkey trail so beautiful and dog friendly too. Great 3 night stay and definitely recommend and will be back 👍

Liked: Multiple toilet and shower facilities local access to chemical toilet.
Chippervan on site and also tea coffee pastries and ice cream.
Evening entertainment extremely children friendly. Will be back again before season ends

Liked: We didn't like much actually , theres nothing for the kids there , the staff were nowhere to be seen really and they were rude

Disliked: I didn't like the owners and half the staff, very rude made me feel uneasy, they only want your money, they have 2 dogs that will eat all ur food if u have any in ur car tent or camper, he will find a way even by ripping the tent to get it. My wife had ordered food from there run down chip van but her card wouldn't work for some reason so we just said that your dogs have eaten all the food we have that was in our tent thinking they might just hand us the food and apologise but no , the reply we got from this tiny guy working in the chip van was no we have prepared the food and you can't pay for it , made me feel so embarrassed, never again

From the manager: We're very disappointed to read your review Kevin, as your wife told us it was your 8th time to stay with us and your family always enjoyed themselves. None of the issues you have outlined were mentioned to the staff on duty during your stay, and we were quite surprised to read your comments, especially considering the inappropriate behaviour of your wife. When she started an argument with another family, our staff had to intervene and she became belligerent, as she did towards the staff in our chip van when her card repeatedly declined. At the time you were in fact very apologetic towards are staff regarding your wife's conduct. Abusive and aggressive behaviour towards our guests or staff will not be tolerated. Sadly, that will be your 8th and final time to stay with us.
