Non-electric grass and earth tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked: The whole environment is a tranquil haven; a wonderful and thoughtful balance of rustic camping in calm, peaceful surroundings with bustling and lively business ventures in nearby barns. The whole site was reflective of the sensitive and sympathetic environment created by the owners from arrival to departure. Excellent facilities. Good, clear communication beforehand, friendly welcome and helpful throughout. Pubs within walking distance and good location for the coast, Bridgwater, Glastonbury.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike-it's wonderful!

Non-electric grass and earth tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked: This is a pop-up campsite that caters to 6 pitches on a level site. We were given a warm welcome that included an introduction to the animals in the surrounding fields. There are donkeys, alpacas, chickens, goats, a pig and a very friendly deer, plus two curious cats. A haven for animal lovers!
There are pubs in walking distance and a bistro on site that offers a lovely breakfast.
The owners are upfront that there is no dedicated dish washing area and that showers close at 8pm. A toilet is accessible at all times and campers have access to an inside seating area in case of rain.
All in all a lovely campsite that’s great value for money.

Non-electric grass and earth tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked: We had an amazing welcome and we were talked through all the various bit and pieces by a super friendly & helpful receptionist. There’s a really nice lounge area available 24x7 which we made use of as it was raining and we didn’t fancy eating in the tent. The cafe is also really good. It was also loving seeing all the animals. We will defo be back.

Liked: The quiet ambience. There is a lot going on on site but it still feels so quiet and peaceful. Access to a cafe and sauna/pool made the trip for us. Also the view is sensational and the pitches are generous. Friendly, personable staff.
Disliked: Nothing
