Camping pod
Liked: Really lucky that we got amazing weather, but even if it had rained, the pod is well insulated, cosy and clean for hanging out in. The grounds are kept lovely and the views are spectacular, the staff were extremely friendly, shop stocked up with all you could need. The pool was a nice temperature and Charmouth high street and beach are only a 20 min walk. Worth a visit. We also got a bus over to Lyme Regis… highly recommend a day here. We were able to park the car right by the pod for convenience. Facilities were good, and even though situated by the main road the noise wasn’t bad at all
Disliked: Showers took a while to heat up but did stay warm once heated. A couple of sinks didn’t work in the bathroom. Sadly the cafe wasn’t open during our stay. Also lots of wasps. No Wi-Fi

Camping pod
Liked: Location was great: easy to find, beautiful views, convenient access to coastal paths Facilities were more than adequate at the time we were there: indoor pool, cafe open part of the week, laundrette (which required an app or laundry card), warm showers, dishwashing and food prep area, etc. Our camping pod was comfortable, with adequate electrical sockets for our needs. Staff were very helpful. Another occupant of a nearby camping pod had a mishap and the staff were so supportive and attentive. The place was clean. We went off peak and were able to get a good rate too.
Disliked: Camping pod got a bit warm on sunny days, so bring a fan if you're there at the height of summer. Would have been good if the shop sold the local walking map for Lyme Regis and Charmouth. You do have to pay for wifi if you don't have your own data plan.

Liked: We stayed in a little wooden pod tucked up in the corner which was lovely. Nice and clean, staff very friendly, slightly out of season so the park was pretty quiet which was nice. Not too far from the beach and dog walks. Has a cafe and swimming pool. Very nice place.

Liked: The peacefulness was wonderful, especially with the scenic views making a perfect little relaxing get away! All the staff were wonderful, with a special shout out to the lad in the cafe! We had a lovely little stroll down to the lakes and was surprised by some adorable little pigs. Location was ideal, close to everything and lots to explore!
Disliked: No fault of the parks, but there was a lpt of wasps. We made them aware as it appeared there could have been a nest as they would frequently fly in throughout the day. Downfall meant we were unable to open the window at night, and it got a little hot. The park itself, we had no concerns or dislikes, even with the rain it was a lovely place to stay!

Camping pod
Liked: Attractive well kept clean serviced site with friendly hosts, pool and shop. Terraced Camping pods very comfortable with good views. Parking allowed next to Pod. Good torch is a must have. Toilets clean and water hot. Good location for walkers with hourly X51/53 Weymouth/Axminster bus 10 minute walk away from reception. Tip: in season Weymouth bound X51 not so crowded as X53. (Devon parking now £4.50 for 2 hours!!!). Would recommend for short stay.
Disliked: Our Pod no.7 access area very badly lit and uneven. More hanging wall storage would be appreciated to keep Pod tidy. Cafe part time opening and pool must be booked in advance. TV/games room would be good. Would suggest contacting hosts if motability is compromised as some paths are steep.

Camping pod
Liked: The view was beautiful! The check in with staff were very friendly The camping pods were really lovely, very insulated, with good windows, electric sockets with plugs and USB cable charging. Clothes airers and a little storage provided
Disliked: The campsite is near a main A road and there is traffic noise 24/7. You can't see it but if you have sensitive hearing it was a little disappointing when sat outside at night looking at the stars The campsite was not as clean as I would've hoped. It was clear the pods had not been swept under the beds and the toilet block was obviously not cleaned every day. There were people mowing the grass every day with strimmers - would've been nice for the hygeine maintance to be on par with the landscaping! For this reason we probably wouldn't come back

Liked: Very clean site (Toilets & washing up areas included). Friendly staff. Great play area for the kids. Indoor pool. Plenty of open space for ball games. Excellent facilities (showers & toilet blocks & washing up area). Onsite cafe was really handy. Our pod was clean, spacious. Power and heater with a table and four chairs.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike that has anything to do with the site or staff... If you go in wasp season, it would be an idea to take repellent such as a citrus candle.

Liked: Glamping pods had plenty of space for a family of 3/4. Site was very clean, great location for exploring the Dorset coastline. Quiet, with wonderful views of rolling hills. Staff friendly, swimming pool was a nice touch. We've already decided to book again for next year and recommended to friends.
