Electric grass tent pitch
Liked The facilities were good. Lots of toilets and showers, all very clean. The swimming pool was good and the park. There was a large soft play and entertainment in the evening. Fish and chips were amazing. Sea view from pitch.
Disliked The pitch was a strip of grass (more like earth as the grass had perished with all the sun) next to the path/road. Very close to other campers. You had to pay to use the swimming pool each time which was £22 for 1 hour for a family of 4. No WiFi or signal on campsite which annoyed my teenager. Intermittent WiFi at the bar and arcade.

Liked Lovely site with nice views out to sea,
Very steep site so had help pulling caravan on to pitch.Theres a large carpark at the bottom of the site and a private beach with watersports for everyone loved that everything was on your doorstep with easy access.
Disliked Had a problem getting tv signal and couldn’t get phone reception no internet. But we was down a very steep hill.

Fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked For a family there was plenty of things to do with the children. Staff were so friendly and willing to help. The reason why I wouldn’t visit again is due to the facilities being so poor.
Disliked The toilets / shower facilities were very dirty, would have thought given it is a popular site they would have cleaned this more frequently and ensured this was to a high standard. This was a real let down.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are glad you found there was plenty to do with your children and the team were welcoming. I will pass your comments onto the Housekeeping Manager re the toilet / shower blocks.

Otter camping pod
Liked The location was stunning. Entertainment was great. The food and drink in Waves bar and Pebbles restaurant was fairly priced. Park is well designed to give everyone a great view.
Disliked The mattress on the bed in the pod was awful. You could feel every spring and they were noisy if you had to climb out in the night to visit the loo.

Really loved the site, amenities, shop etc. Recommend.
Fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked The site was very clean, well maintained and secure. The local shop, fish and chip shop were really reasonable.
The shop had lots of variety and I really liked that they considered and catered for gluten free.
Disliked That dogs weren’t allowed on the beach! I don’t know how I missed this when booking but it was a real shame. I wouldn’t have booked if I had realised.
WiFi was absolutely awful, only had very small windows when it worked.

It’s also great to know our shop and fish & chips hit the spot, and we’re especially glad the gluten-free options were a plus for you.

Too crowded, steep, and noisy – not for nature lovers.
Fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked We stayed at Ladram Bay Holiday Park for two nights (originally booked for three). The campsite is large and well-equipped – everything you need is on site, including a shop, restaurant, playground, and entertainment. The play area for children was excellent, and the restaurant food was very good, though pricey. The location is beautiful, close to the sea and scenic walks. Staff were friendly, and the booking process was smooth. It’s a great place for families who enjoy activity and don’t mind being around lots of people.
Disliked Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The campervan pitches were small and too close together, with little privacy. The whole site is on a slope, so everything is uphill, which can be tiring. Our pitch had no view – just bushes. There were too few toilets/showers for the number of guests, and the pool was not included – you had to pay extra. We paid £222 for 3 nights, which felt too expensive for what we got. Overall, it felt more like a busy resort than a peaceful nature getaway, so we left after two nights. Great for people who like crowds and activities – not for those seeking quiet or nature.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed many aspects of your visit, especially the excellent facilities, well-stocked shop, family-friendly playground, and the food in our restaurant. It's also great to know that our scenic coastal location, friendly team, and smooth booking process made a positive impression. If you're seeking a more peaceful woodland setting for a future stay, we would love to recommend our sister site, Castle Brake Holiday Park. Located just a short drive away, Castle Brake offers more of a woodland retreat with a quieter environment.

Liked Great location and scenery. Very accomodating for dogs
Disliked No phone signal or wifi (for the kids) that we were aware of.
£20 to hire a bbq. Welcome pack says no disposable bbq’s yet they sell them in the shop. Bit of a hill if you’re at the top like we were but
