A grand, peaceful spot with sound owners who'll point you to the best local sights. Lovely flat fields, spotless loos. Ideal for walkers heading to Portreath and Port Town, but mind, it's a trek from Porthtowan. A few mentioned a bit of dog muck, but it's not a common complaint. Most are keen to come back!

Liked Perfect stay, even in the wet and wild weather. Our toddler loved running around the field. Lovely owners too. Will be back again.
Definitely follow the directions they message you instead the sat nav to get the easiest entrance to field!

Disliked Very basic and a pain getting to the campsite from Porthtowan on foot - not for people on the south west coastal path.

The owners’ family came round to collect money personally, they were lovely and happy to recommend local places to visit.
