What customers say
A fine, well-kept spot with lovely staff. Families loved the pools & activities. Pitches are tight & it can be noisy, with speed concerns about e-bikes & activity costs. Many would return.

Loud, expensive and cramped
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked The staff were all very polite and helpful and navigating around the site was made easy with all the information provided.
Disliked The pitches are quite small and crammed together. The lack of a clear evening curfew meant that other campers were enabled to play very loud music and have very noisy parties late into the night, which was made worse by the close proximity. Calling security didn’t seem to affect the noise level very much and it happened every night of our stay. Despite a good range of facilities the cost of food and additional activities was very pricey. And as cars move about on site a lot means it doesn’t feel very safe for the kids.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Friendly staff, lovely place plenty for the kids to do. Swimming pools great .
Disliked Very noisy at night time especially after 10pm , children setting off fire alarms in toilet blocks. But the thing that spoilt for me was kids on electric scooters day and night going fast especially round corners my little girl nearly got ran over by them . Having races around the camping site no care in the world. Loud music from tents very late in evenings.

Great park, rules need reviewing when it comes to electric bikes....
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Very pleasant staff, clean showers. Plenty of play places, great swimming pools.
Disliked Very, very disappointed that kids are allowed to ride electric bikes as fast as they like in the park, very dangerous and spoiled our evenings. It was the only disappointment. Such a shame!!

We recently camped at Warner Farm and overall had a good experience.…
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked We recently camped at Warner Farm and overall had a good experience. The facilities were cleaned regularly and very well maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The campsite itself was tidy and close to everything — especially convenient for families, as it’s right in the middle of the resort with easy access to both swimming pools and the park for the kids
Disliked We recently stayed at Warner Farm and, unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by serious safety concerns. Throughout our stay, groups of children were riding electric bikes at high speeds around the site. These bikes were not only going well above the site’s driving speed limit but were also being used near communal areas like the bathroom facilities where young children were walking or riding standard bikes.
It felt chaotic and unsafe at times, especially for families with younger children. There seemed to be no enforcement of speed limits or supervision regarding the use of electric bikes. In my opinion, electric bikes should not be permitted within the camping facilities at all

Generally a good experience. Can’t praise staff enough.
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Fabulous staff interactions at pools, arcade, camping reception and the ice cream shop on the beach, staff were super friendly and helpful. Lots for the kids to do.
Disliked Toilets/ablution’s weren’t great. The men’s ones were apparently disgusting. However, I don’t believe this was due to lack of staff effort since the ablution block was closed once or twice a day for cleaning but rather the crowd/ type of people that were camping there. During our stay what appeared to be a large group of travelers were also camping and from 4 years old up to adults were all zooming around on motorised bicycles not adhering to the 10mph which was quite concerning.
I also never had a hot shower, it was always luke warm even when I went out of peak shower times.
