Woodland cabin (no pets)
Liked: Cabin detached backing on to woods , well equipped . Site well managed , clean toilets , very quiet . Excellent transport links , the bus terminates right outside the site and links to the underground.
Disliked: Poor communication between the cleaner and office . The cleaner asked us to leave the key in the door when we vacated . The office then phoned us to ask why we hadn’t handed the key in to reception …. Communication !

Electric optional grass tent pitch
Liked: Ease for getting into London
Disliked: Drainage on camping field. We were the only ones camping throughout the week and despite the threat of much rain forecast they put us in the bottom of the field, which they know floods. Under our tent was like a mud bog

Electric optional grass tent pitch
Liked: It was neat and clean. Very organised. Facilities were amazing.
Disliked: It was bit difficult to locate the pitch. There should be clear instruction in the welcome/checkin email. I was allocated a pitch where ground was soft. I was not able to park my motorcycle and also was not able to sit on chair as it was just pushing into soil.

Electric optional hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, toilets and showers were very good. It was a quiet site, despite its proximity to the M25/M11 and the ULEZ just around the corner.
Disliked: The shop could have been better stocked but there were a couple of supermarkets about a mile or so away.

Liked: Amazing for a trip to London, bus stop on the doorstep to the train station to get the tubes to central London and back, around 45 min travel each way. Would deffo recommend!
Disliked: Just wish the bathrooms were slightly upgraded but as basic as they were, they were practical and very clean

Non-electric grass tent pitch

Cocoon D camping pod (double, no pets)
Liked: Great location for the drumsheds event we went too. Campsite was clean and the staff friendly. The cocoon was cold but warmed up quick with the heater.
