On-site accommodation

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 12 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: £100.00 (€114.74) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Safety

• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Pitches

• Minimum spacing of 6 metres between pitches.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Occupancy

• Single-sex bookings of 12 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £20.00 (€21.63) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
