Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked: Lovely campsite, we were near the woodland walk which felt a little more secluded, and loved it. The owners met us on arrival and were often around to help. The site felt very secure. The facilities were great and very clean. Loved the honesty shop to settle up on departure. Definitely needed that for the campfires! On site pizza van was fantastic. Great location for getting out and about too.

Disliked: Honestly nothing. We will definitely back for a longer stay and will bring our dog!

Disliked: WiFi and phone signal not great (only putting this as I couldn’t look up directions to things or access sat nav on my phone easily).

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch

Liked: Sun shone each day. Our dog really loved her morning and evening run about in the wood on site. Friendly and welcoming approach from owners and wardens. Easy to walk, get trains locally or drive to many nearby locations. Relaxing few days.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch

Liked: It is a very nice campsite with very helpful owners. We were unable to order pizza online, they arranged that for us. They are completely renovating the campsite. If we go to England again we will definitely go camping there again.

Disliked: WiFi is not the best.

Non-electric grass tent pitch

Liked: Very Peaceful stay. Was shown to my pitch, facilities and left alone without fuss. The site is surrounded by woods, lots of rabbits running around. The ground was flat, dry with good separation between pitches. The site was quite busy but still very peaceful. Well equipped coffee shop, washing machine & Tumble dryer available, all the facilities you would need for a relaxing stay.

Disliked: Can’t say I had any.
