This site has no on-site shower facilities.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.

Disliked: No shower block but a lovely basic camp site none the less

Liked: Lovely site. Beautiful view and is the perfect location in the summer weather for use of the lake nearby. Site owners were attentive and very friendly. Would definitely stay again

Liked: Absolutely loved this campsite! Sophie came over on arrival and gave us all information needed and was extremely friendly and accommodating. The views from the land are amazing and toilet facilities are kept clean at all times which is always a bonus . There is always a very friendly and beautiful campsite parrot that flys around the land which is very entertaining. Will definitely be using this as our main campsite from now on !

Liked: Amazing views, great value for money. Option to stay just for one night, clean, dog friendly, clean portaloos close by. Pub a 5 minute walk away. Had a relaxing stay. Host was friendly and came to check if we needed anything. Will definitely be back :)

Liked: Great campsite with plenty of room and amazing views. . Pub is close by if you don't fancy cooking. Basic amenities as stated. Very helpful staff, Sophie is a great host and came round to check all was good. If you get stuck in mud they'll tow you out. PS watch out for the talking parrot

Liked: Enjoyed our 2 night stay, great view of Ullswater from the campsite, walking distances to Pooley Bridge. Toilets were clean and fully stocked of toilet roll everyday. A few restaurants nearby for a meal on the night
