Bow Top gypsy caravan

Liked: What a fabulous find. I usually camp in a tent but weather looked awful, so this was a wonderful compromise. The Bow Top caravan has stunning views. It is cosy and well equipped for storage and lighting. Neil popped by each day to make sure everything was ok. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of walks very close and a good guide is in the caravan .Toilets and showers were clean and close by. Loved it and will be back soon.

Disliked: This is not really a dislike, but I wasn't aware this is also a camp site. There were a few families around. All play nicely and no excessive noise. But had I known Iay have gone out of school holidays.

1 bedroom camping pod

Liked: Lovely peaceful campsite with clean facilities. We stayed in one of the glamping pods which was very cosy in the stormy weather. Owners very thoughtfully left us some marshmallows for the bbq firepit which went down very well with our kids. A lovely place in a great location. Would definitely come back (we are looking at buying a tent!)

Disliked: No WiFi ,bonus for us but our older child thought her right hand had been cut off

1 bedroom camping pod

Liked: This campsite was utterly beautiful, and so relaxing. We were very lucky as Scottish school holidays start before the English ones, so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. My daughter loved trying to catch all the bunny rabbits that were everywhere, and I loved the scenery. The hosts were friendly, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about the local area and attractions. Would definitely recommend this campsite!

Disliked: There is nothing to dislike, as long as you don't mind sharing the bathroom facilities.
