What customers say
Spotless site with brilliant facilities, friendly staff & spacious pitches. Great showers, handy village next door, loads to do. A few mention noise or poor Wi-Fi, but most love it and will be back!

Liked The whole site was great very impressed.
Disliked Was informed by staff i was using pitch 6, which was even marked off for me on a site map I was given. But found this pitch was already being used. Staff thought I had gone to the wrong pitch, when they should have accepted they had given me wrong details.also wifi never worked.

Gold fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked Really lovely place - felt like a new site! The toilet and shower block were really clean and they had lots of hot water for the showers! Staff were friendly and the kids loved the play park too!
Disliked Not the hottest water for washing up and the shop shut a little early.

From the manager: Thank you for the review. We are glad to hear you will visit again. We will report the water to our maintenance team who will have a look to check the temperature. The shop stays open later on Fridays when we usually have a lot of arrivals. In the week we close at 5 depending on arrivals. There is a 24 hour waitrose/garage just a 10 minute walk from the site if needed.
Excellent site but very expensive

Silver electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Cleanliness and friendliness of site staff. Lovely washrooms and play area. Lovely little pub on site. Walk in the woods for our dog.
Disliked Was a bit noisy for little ones in the evening until 2200 curfew. Private function in the tipi on night of our stay so no food available.

From the manager: Thank you for the review. Sometimes the village social does get booked for private hire. The Blakemere village is owned by independant bussiness's, so the touring park has no authority over their opening hours.
We are pleased you enjoyed the site and we hope you will all be back again soon...

Liked Good sized pitch. Lots of green spaces. Helpful reception staff and check in. Toilet and shower block modern and clean
Disliked Could hear the bassline of music both nights well into the early hours of next morning. Possibly someone else on the site as it is a big site. Notices around site made it very clear that from 10pm noise should be at a minimum.

From the manager: Thank you for the review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, we were aware of the loud music playing and patrolled the entire site to discover that it was coming from somewhere local but not on Blakemere Village or Caravan park. We believe it was coming from the local estate somewhere but it was out of our control as not onsite.
You wont find a better site. Just book it!
Gold fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked Superb gold standard pitch with 16amp hook up, own water tap, grey water grid, large awning area on perfectly level gravel hardstanding. Local attractions of aviary, antique shops, on site real ale brewery, cycle paths, play areas and top quality amenities. Very quiet and peaceful. The best site we have ever stayed on.Highly recommended
Disliked Nothing. All superb. 10/10
