A peaceful, well-kept spot with gorgeous views. Spacious, level pitches. Basic but clean facilities, with hot water & charging points praised. Great for coastal strolls & pubs. Excellent value, very relaxing, and many want to come back.

Camping pod
Liked Not sure where to book in when we arrived, but a quick call to James and everything was sorted.
The views along the coast to Scarborough and the castle from the doorway of the pod were absolutely amazing, and at night the lights of Scarborough along with a sky full of stars made the trip so relaxing and memorable. A short trip from Scarborough and a slightly longer trip to Whitby made this a great location.

Liked Nice sized pitches, lush location, nice and quiet with easy booking/check in processes.
Disliked Toilet/shower block was clean but very unappealing. The shower in the womens block was tiny. It was preferable to use off-site facilities.

Liked Spot on. What you see is what you get. Lovely clean quiet area, good location. Easy to get to the waterfall from camp
Disliked Not enough toilet rolls. But we brought our own anyway so it didn’t really matter
