Non-electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch
Liked: Beautiful site, with a nice reception/shop, super clean toilets and showers, friendly staff, firepits and logs are brought round if you want them. Lovely 1.5 mile walk to the village of Clapham, which has 2 pubs, a river and Ingleborough caves. Nice little river on site, great for paddling or looking for crayfish etc. The shop sells fresh, hot pizzas , chips, chicken burger etc on a Saturday, so be sure to book. A brilliant site all round. We will be back.
Disliked: People leaving gates open and some not keeping their dog on a lead.

Non-electric grass tent, campervan or trailer tent pitch
Liked: The site was very easy to find and on arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The site was spotlessly clean especially the toilets and showers. The tent pitch was flat and well drained and we were able to choose where to pitch, (within reason). There is a small shop on site and on the evening it's possible to get freshly cooked pizzas, which are very tasty and an equally tasty bacon butty in the morning. There were some troublesome campers on one night (it can happen on any site), but the staff did their best to deal with the issue and they were promptly removed at 07:30 the next morning. There's free use of fire pits and kindling and logs are available to buy. There is a 23:00 hrs quiet time after which all music must be stopped and noise kept to a minimum. It's only about a 30 mins flat walk in to Austwick village where there's a very nice pub (The Game Cock) which serves good quality food. There is free WiFi on site.
Disliked: I'm struggling to find anything I didn't like about this site. An additional toilet / shower block would be a bonus.
