What customers say

This is a grand, quiet site with five roomy pitches, loads of space between them. Guests rave about the spotless facilities. The owners are sound, and it's handy for walks and sights. A bit of early morning farm noise has been noted.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Lovely small, peaceful campsite. The facilities were immaculate. There were lots of lovely walks around the area. We didn't really see the owners, but they evidently looked after the site well.

Electric grass touring pitch

Liked Absolutely everything, such a peaceful site, yes there are cockerels but they don’t really disturb you, clean facilities with lots of toiletry extras, great walks, old tees railway line leads you to either Romaldkirk or Middleton in teesdale, two pubs in the village, but no shops, so stock up before if you just want to relax, great little find. NO WiFi which is a blessing with all the beautiful countryside around,,,, 100/100

Disliked Nothing,

Electric grass touring pitch

Liked Everything! A small cosy site in a beautiful village. Pitches are generous and facilities very clean. The village pub is lovely with a really nice garden to sit in and a park for the little ones is also in the village. Couldn't ask for more.

Disliked Nothing.

Liked Quite site, only 5 pitches with plenty of room in-between, easy access to the electric hook up, toilets, shower and kitchen facilities are lovely and clean, shower was lovely after a long walk in the heat and rain, friendly and warm owner, we will definitely be back
