Liked Large pitch , ehu and water easily accessable and included , great kids park and nature walk , donkeys on site , friendly helpful staff and 14mins from Southwold. Great site and one of the last left that doesnt rip you off at every oppotunity !

Disliked Could do with more showers / toilets however regually cleaned which is great . Wifi is poor

Liked Staff were very friendly. When our tent struggled under the rain we asked to move into a shepards hut for the remainder of the stay and they were very accommodating.

Disliked Only downside is limited showers but that said it actually didn’t affect us much. WiFi non existent

Liked Staff friendly and helpful, shop very well stocked. Park is beautifully kept.

Liked Super facilities on site, shop very well stocked and staff very friendly and helpful.
Shower and toilet blocks very clean and loads of hot water which is great, washing up facilities super clean too.
Location is fantastic for visits to nearby attractions and the Suffolk coastline and this is a really good campsite to use as a base for visits and equally so for just chilling out and relaxing with its own nature reserve and fields to walk around.

Disliked Had to come home after visit… could have stayed much longer 😃

Liked Great place to switch off. Excellent accomodation facilities, perfect place to relax, great facilities for kids,(playground, football goals, basketball, table tennis), she was very happy and active.
Very calming surroundings, small lake, beautiful view for a short walk with dog. Most liked donkey 🙏

Liked It was a relaxing weekend at Heathside Holidays, we stayed in the Glamping Pod and one of the advantages was that we had the toilet and shower inside and another advantage was that we had a small but accessible kitchen and a small TV. The fridge is small so if you want more space to keep something cold it is better to bring a cooler. Around there is a lots of green space with a lots of activities.
The price seems a bit high considering you have to bring all camping equipment minus the tent (linen, sleeping bags, pillows, cooking equipment, etc.) and unfortunately during our entire stay we had no WiFi connection at all.
Considering that we pay such a price for a Pod, they should be more attentive to the small details such as for example: the table in the Pod has a broken part, the floor is damaged and the space next to the kitchen sink has a lot of marks and aesthetically it looks disgusting and the tap is full of limescale, the fire blanket is full of marks, a lots of cobwebs everywhere and you should do something with the WiFi connection because as I mentioned earlier we had no connection at all during our stay.
These are a few small details to solve but otherwise we had a pleasant stay.
