Liked: Shower and toilet block
Disliked: Staff were not very helpful, on arrival we were told to look for a touring spot that we liked so in an emergency they would not know where we were, we left after 2 days on a 4 day booking, supposed to have a bar and restaurant! Only served pizza and chips every night, bar and area completely outdated needs a refurbishment, shop was supposed to be fully stocked? Wasn't the case!

Liked: Friendly staff with bar area, loads of clean bathroom/showers, could get bus into Sheringham or holt from main road so easy to get about without car
Disliked: Due to bad weather grass was getting pretty churned up!

Liked: Campsite in general was clean and tidy, the children’s play area was clean, well maintained with lots to do, our kids loved it and they played on there for several hours! Some of the pitches are quite slopped, so definitely bring some blocks with you for levelling touring vans.
Disliked: The loo blocks were generally clean and tidy though we found there was no toilet paper in the cubicles on 2 or 3 occasions. Probably the biggest disappointment of the site was the pizza’s, it was very expensive to buy what appeared to be a Chicago town pizza and some oven chips, we didn’t feel value for our money at all which is very frustrating. The addition of a few simple items to the menu would also really change peoples eating experience at the club house, chicken strips, a jacket potato, a simple salad 5 or 6 additional items and the eating experience would be much better.

Liked: Cleanliness throughout site, friendly and informative receptionist, proximity to local attractions/beaches.
Disliked: Had difficulty positioning caravan directly onto small slab (rain, no motor mover and tried not to churn grass moving too much)

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked: Peaceful. Clean and tidy toilet and shower blocks. Close to several towns and National Trust spots. Great dog walk in your doorstep in Sherringham Woods. On site bar with very friendly staff, great pizza and a good communal space with pool table. Mini shop at reception.
Disliked: Got to reception and she was quite rude. We were told to find an empty pitch, either leave your camper at reception and walk or drive round.. but the golden rule is when you pitch up the front centre of the camper has to be on the white slab. No exceptions. Can understand why for space between lots, but many other campers had not which made it difficult to find an empty lot! This is all great when done properly, but without a set pitch you go out in your camper for the day and come back to find someone else has taken your pitch! So frustrating! Items in shop overpriced, female receptionist rude every encounter

Liked: Location is beautiful, perfect for walking. Friendly & hospitable team in the reception, bar & grounds, great effort made for the BH with live bands and different street food venders each night. Grounds well maintained. All facilities worked well.
Disliked: How some of the guests left the toilets & pitches. Guests not picking up dog poo from around their pitches, and leaving mud and mess on sinks in the toilet block, a real shame. The toilet block could be cleaner & checked more.

Liked: Lovely site, great facilities, clean and tidy. The clubhouse a nice extra for a pint in the evening. The largest and warmest shower block I’ve seen! Bus stop into sheringham right at the end of the drive didn’t rate WiFi as didn’t use it and don’t have children
Disliked: Nothing
