What customers say
Grand spot, the staff are gas and dead helpful. Bathrooms are spotless and warm. Perfect for poking around Norfolk and Sandringham. Big pitches, dogs welcome with their own walks and wash-up. Pub on site. A bit of road noise, but sure it's grand. Top marks, would defo come back.

Liked Great stay this, was racing at Fakenham and stopped over before a long drive back. Heated picnic table area was a unknown bonus, as was the pub which welcomes dogs who love attention!
Shower rooms with the radio on a nice touch. Already planning coming back.

 Liked Heated picnic benches.
Quite and peaceful site - a little road noise but nothing that anyone would complain about!
Good facilities.
Well maintained and managed.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Very good wifi - solid connection at all times. However, it could do with being split access per customer (own log in and password) as my Google phone was picking up other people's smart TVs and I could control their netflix on one of the evenings we stayed (sorry if you're reading this!).
Disliked Pitch sizes are drastically different - we paid the same price for a week as someone two pitches down, who had almost twice the space.
Hardstanding drainage isn't great - one night of rain and 50% of our pitch was flooded.
Bins are all located at the entrance to the site meaning it is a slog to take your rubbish bags if your at the other end of the site (like we were). Could do with a couple near the toilet block, perhaps?
Site rules come across as very strict and non-negotiable in the arrival pack. The rules are fair, but could be written in a more pleasant manner, I feel.
Reception, bar opening, and food service times seem to be a little hit-and-miss. Sometimes they're open later, sometimes they are shut sooner? Bar and food is open when it wants and closed when it feels like it. Was looking forward to using the on-site catering on Halloween but the whole bar/kitchen was shut for the entire day.

From the manager: Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and we are very glad that you liked our facilities and had a good overall experience. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t quite meet expectations. Unfortunately, we’ve had an exceptional amount of rainfall recently, which is sadly out of our control and has affected drainage on some pitches. Our team does monitor conditions closely, and we’re continuing to make improvements to help water disperse more quickly in the future.
As we are now in our quieter season, our bar and food opening times do vary depending on how busy the site is. For clarity, the bar was open on Friday 31st October from 9:30am–3:00pm and again from 5:00pm–9:00pm, and the same hours applied on Saturday 1st November. I was personally in the bar during these times. The kitchen has now closed for the winter and will reopen next season, though it was open on the Saturday evening of that weekend.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the location of the bins and the tone of our site rules. We’ll take this feedback on board as we review our guest information and facilities for next year.
Thank you again for your review — we do hope to welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Used it as a base for the area..
Pine Views fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (small)
 Liked Nice wide pitches
Close to showerblock
Access to site easy off a main road.
The only site that gave a site map showing direction of aerials.
Disliked High winds during our stay. Pitched under a pine tree. Numerous cones hitting the roof of the caravan for at least 2 nights..
The site advertise book four nights in October and get a fifth night free. When I asked about me booking five nights in October I was told it only applies if you have been to the site on six different occasions??
