Walkers Paradise
Fully-serviced grass touring pitch
Liked Level pitches, with power and water.Easy walking paths straight from the site up to the British Camp and Malvern Hills.
Quiet.
Disliked Only two toilets and one shower. This site is best for fully self contained vehicles.
Facilities were nice and clean.

Fully-serviced grass touring pitch
Liked We liked the space ,the peace and quiet and the large, level field with lovely views towards the Malvern Hills. We found our pitch easily from the information board as it is self check-in. We received a welcome from the owner and also an email with a map showing the direction of the nearest pub, beyond which is a common for lovely walks. We cycled to the village of Welland which has a local orchard which is open to anyone and beautifully looked after.
Although the shower and toilet block could do with a make over, everything worked and the water was hot and plentiful.
Disliked I think the only thing I didn’t like was the hand towels by the basins.
The games room could do with a sort out but had plenty of puzzles and books for rainy days!

Liked Lovely friendly welcome from Shirley. Peaceful, quiet, adults only site. Very spacious, level, fully serviced pitches. Excellent WiFi. Pretty setting with views of the hills. Plume of Feathers lovely pub within easy walking distance, landlord Hendrik very friendly. Good pub food. Robin Hood another good pub also walking distance. Easy access to Upton on Severn, Ledbury and the 3 Counties Showground. Couldn’t fault it and will definitely go back.

It’s basic. If you’ve amenities on your van, it’s ok.

Liked Normally, we really like ‘what it says on the tin’ campsites. An adult-only, no-frills, large pitched, lots of space, access to nice walks, wifi and a good dog walking field and at least one local pub is all good. The communication from the team on the lead up was good… what’s not to like? And yes, the site is all these things. Please don’t let our review put you off… but …
Disliked Normally, we’re not worried about up-to-date amenities and modern facilities, so would be happy with dated 80s shared toilets and showers that we’d read about. However, The Turbles did not match up to the description. Yes, much like the sign, it is very dated and tired, but also, the toilets were not thoroughly cleaned throughout our 4 day stay, they regularly lacked toilet paper and the hand towels remained the same for the duration of our stay. It’s definitely budget, though reasonably expensive for that. We had a nice time - it was what we needed, but also wanted to be honest with our review.

Very pleased with our stay and would go again, our dog enjoyed it.
Fully-serviced grass touring pitch
Liked Very spacious area, we were quite far from the next pitch, we had our dog with us and he loved running around the dog field. Nice walks from the camp site. There was no one on site and our pitch number was posted onto a white board at the entrance which was great as we could just drive straight to our pitch.
