- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 5 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 25 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 9 metres are not allowed.
- This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans with the passenger door built on the left-hand side are not permitted.
- No charcoal barbecues allowed.
- No electric barbecues allowed.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
- Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- Assistance dogs are not allowed onsite due to exceptional circumstances.
- Due to an agreement with neighbours, flying flags and putting up light poles are not permitted on site at any time.

With regards to an off lead area for dogs we simply just don't have the space. But just a short drive from site is Hartelbury Common which is an excellent area to walk dogs off lead.

Liked Excellent directions to campsite. Very nicely laid out, spacious and well looked after. Very clean toilets and showers with lovely hot water. Beautiful views over the countryside.

Peaceful and Beautiful Setting

Liked We had such a lovely time at the Twin Oaks campsite. Everything was very clean and well maintained although we didn’t use the showers, the toilets were warm, cozy, and spotless. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning countryside views that made for a perfect evening watching the sunset. It’s a no-contact site, and all the information was sent by text beforehand which made the whole check-in process really smooth and easy. We also took a short trip into Worcester for lunch and had a fantastic time there too. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape into nature!
