Liked: Nice and simple just as advertised, wonderful views and plenty of alpacas (although most were fairly far away, fenced off) Site is small and fairly narrow but a nice stay. Didn’t meet the owners but received a message before with all necessary details and more. Would recommend and probably return if nearby.

Disliked: Not much. Missed the fact there was no drinking water in the listing so that could be clearer.

Liked: Lovely clean campsite. Fully functioning toilet that was spotlessly clean. Gorgeous peaceful location with cute alpacas in the neighbouring field. Fab fire pits you can reserve with generous wood/coal/firelighters
Disliked: Not much to do for older children, so probably 1 night would have been plenty but was nice to come away and completely unwind so not so much a dislike just thing probably more suited for couples and younger children. Also gazebos aren’t allowed and the weather was terrible for most of the weekend so whereas we would normally sit out no matter what the weather under the gazebo, we had to spend a lot of time sheltering in the tents. Again not really a dislike but when the weather is bad a gazebo would be an essential for us for future camping trips.

Liked: Lovely and welcoming. Stunning views and as for the alpacas they were super cute. Ranch seems to be in its infancy but is perfect for people who love to pitch and explore their surroundings.
Disliked: Think maybe some gentle sola lamps would help getting to the toilet facilities and a lock on the inside of the toilet.

Liked: Where do I start…. From the moment of my arrival I was impressed by the welcoming owners. The alpacas are delightful and inquisitive. There’s a couple of cheeky goats full of fun too. The site is immaculate and the toilet was a great bonus and spotlessly clean. The views are amazing as are the local walks. There’s a lovely pop up real ale barn at the end of the road which also do food. Perfect relaxing break
Disliked: there are no dislikes and I will definitely be returning in the near future and will bring others friends along too

Liked: Immaculate site! The pitches are nicely spaced out. It's incredibly peaceful at night except for the wildlife. The alpacas are doing their thing in the field right next to the pitches. They look like a very well cared for herd with beautiful fleeces. The toilet was spotless. The owners checked in on us and then left us to it which was perfect. You feel like you're miles from anywhere but it's just 5 minutes drive into town.
Disliked: A sink would be nice, or some hand sanitiser somewhere. Not a game changer though.

Liked: Loved being able to choose own pitch. The site is so quiet and peaceful. Loved seeing the beautiful animals 😍 the hosts were so welcoming. Toilet is proper and flushing and kept very clean. Paid extra £10 to use fire pit for bbq cooking. We realised we were on a slight slant when we got into bed but that is our fault as hadn’t realised. Will definitely be back again and to take advantage of the alpaca walk!
Disliked: The fact we didn’t stay longer!!!
