Liked: Nice well maintained site . Chicken and geese 🪿 roaming free . Load of walks off site . Big open space for kids to run around . Just missing a play area for the kids . Owner was friendly.

Disliked: Not a shop close by to walk to , so get stocked up or jump in the car .

Liked: Very relaxing and chilled stay. Toilets and shower blocks very clean and were cleaned regularly. Fantastic field next to site where we could let the dogs off. Kay lovely and welcoming, bought fresh eggs from the chickens wandering around. Site very well kept and maintained m. Lots of space for children to play, came with gentleman with learning disabilities and they loved having the goal posts for football.

Liked: Stayed for 2 nights with the family really enjoyed it. Lots of space between pitches, nice big field for the children to play on with a football goal, dogs aloud on site owners really friendly was lovely for them to bring ice lollies for the children on site, toilets/showers really clean. Will definitely recommend and will return.

Disliked: Just beware the road leading to the site is a single track road. Make sure you follow the route when you book.

As you'll have brought your sturdy boots, stride out into the Shropshire Hills AONB in any direction for green countryside and wildlife haven walks, or drive in the Telford direction for a woodland wander around Wrekin Forest. Striding around establishments is also a topping option when on holiday in any locale, so check out the craft and antique shops, tearooms and pubs, grocers and butchers of the region's market towns like Ellesmere, Market Drayton, Oswestry, Bishops Castle, Ludlow, Much Wenlock and Bridgnorth. Set in the centre of Shropshire on the River Severn, the Tudor town of Shrewsbury is also well worth a wander, for more shopping (but of course), Shrewsbury Abbey and Shrewsbury Castle, the museum and art gallery, town centre park and – if you're in town in mid-August – the famed Shrewsbury Flower Show. Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Dogs

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

Open fires are prohibited.

General

Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Vehicles

The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Dogs

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Vehicles

Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Admission

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Pitches

Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Arrivals and departures

Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
Visitors must leave the premises by 9 p.m..
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Dogs

Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
