Luxury Glamping Accommodation in Nottingham Meadow View Glamping sits in the Erewash Valley on 97 acres of land on the edge of Stapleford town which is just 6 miles from Nottingham centre. Our glamping pods have been sourced and built by a local company with luxury and comfort in mind. All of our pods have private decking areas with barbecues and hot tubs. Our dog friendly pods have the same amenities minus the hot tubs (hot tubs coming soon!). Meadow View Glamping offers 6 individual luxury glamping pods, a single luxury lodge and 7 double bed and breakfast rooms for self catered holidays as well as private hire for weddings and parties with a selection of catering and marquee options.

Walking & Hiking Routes Nearby There are lots of walking routes, parks and nature reserves to choose from in Stapleford and the local area. Both the river and the canal can be accessed by foot from Meadow View itself (as long as you don’t mind the cows). ‘The Erewash Cycle Trail’ has a path that runs from Ilkeston all the way down to Long Eaton. Up and down the trail merges with other walking routes available. If you want to go further a field and explore here are some walks in the area you may want to try. Wollaton Hall Deer Park & Gardens 16th Century, English renaissance style mansion housing natural history museum, set on 500 acres parkland is an ideal location for walking and hiking with lots to see. Herds of deer roam the parkland area which is home to all kinds of different habitats which includes grassland, wetland and woodland. You can explore the Wollaton park trails as well as the Wollaton Formal Gardens which are located at the back of the Hall depending on what you would like to see. Angling In The Local Area There are some fantastic places to go fishing in Nottinghamshire. Many people will be familiar the River Trent, this is one of the top rivers for angling in the country but there is also canals, rivers and fisheries near by. The River Erewash and Canal is easily accessible from where Meadow View Glamping is positioned. It is literally on the doorstep of the path that leads to the river and canal close by. Nottingham has a huge choice of river banks, towpaths, lakes, ponds and a huge choice of commercial fisheries. If that isn’t enough there is even more access to fishing further afield.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

General

Bookings must not be for more than 2 consecutive nights.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Hired accommodation

Hired accommodation: £70.00 (€80.32) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Reception

If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

Modifications are subject to a £25.00 (€28.97) fee.

Hired accommodation

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
