Cogsworth cabin (no pets, six person)
Liked: The view from the cabin is absolutely incredible, the shower and toilet facilities are really clean, the Cafe is lovely, the staff are fabulous providing transport to and from the cabin (it is at the top of a steep hill) and fresh drinking water is provided.
Disliked: We stayed during a heatwave and there was little shade around the cabin. Although, we did escape from the heat with a walk through the on site woods, which was great!

Philippe bell tent (no pets, six person)
Liked: Everything! Tipi was fantastic Everything you need Inside for a comfortable stay. Beds made up, cooking facilities, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Lovely space outside to eat, on a decking area and also a picnic bench. The views are spectacular the weather was beautiful so made it even better. There is a toilet near site and the shower block and washing up a 5 minute walk. This is definitely worth it for the peace, quite, views and safety for children. Showers where very clean and comfortable with a larger one for families. The hosts where great, excellent communication and supported you with luggage up/down from the tent. There is a little cafe at the bottom which serves an excellent breakfast at a good price if you don't fancy cooking in the morning.

Lumiere bell tent (pet friendly, four person)
Liked: Everything!
The tent was clean and inviting and the beds were very comfortable. Everything you could need was provided (besides food) and myself and toddle daughter had a wonderful 2 night stay here. We were helped to our tent with our belongings which was great as the pitch is up at the top of a steep hill. If you dont have mobility issues then it shouldn't be a problem navigating the site. It's worth the climb because the views on the site are absolutely stunning and it was lovely and peaceful. Lots of room to run around in the sunshine and play games and we toasted marshmallows in the evening on the firepit. We also had a walk around the lakes and spotted dragonflies and rabbits and everyone was very friendly and said hello. Was a really lovely spot to visit.
Our host (Barbara) during our stay was absolutely amazing and she couldn't do enough to make sure we were sorted and had everything we needed. Very friendly and welcoming and lovely and patient with my very shy child.
The bathroom facilities near the carpark were private and spacious (with a hairdryer!) and the portaloo up by the tents was very handy and also kept very clean during our stay.
Will definitely be returning in the future.
(The chocolate cake from the cafe also went down very well with my daughter)
Disliked: Nothing.
