Powered grass campsite
Liked Lovely friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, clean facilities. Great for kids - including our own- who were roaming around having a lovely noisy time.
Disliked Unfortunately the fun didn’t stop at 9 or even 10pm and there were lots of loud screaming young kids running around playing water fights or football until very late every night. Lots of noise in general until late on. Struggled to get out 9 year old to settle at 10pm because of this. Not great for a chilled grown up evening in the awning.

From the manager: Our site is great for kids, they all seem happy to play together, like you said 'having a lovely noisy time', like children do. I was on site each evening and on one evening I did stop some children being a little too noisy after 10.00pm, I also stopped them throwing water bombs around because of all the bombs left around the site. I agree, not great for a chilled grown up evening, it was half term with lots of excited children on site, probably there first holiday since lock down. It is exceptionally quite this week with no children on site.
