Seahouses, Northumberland, England
FHU grass and gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Very well maintained site. Good location for Seahouses, only about 25 min stroll into town. Have to walk down the lane for about 1/2 mile, but not a problem.
TV & phone signal (Three) was good, plus free Wi-Fi.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

Cheddar, Somerset, England
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Great location to walk/stroll into Cheddar. A path all the way, no roads. Good facilities on site, excellent toilet/shower block. Good TV and phone signal.
Disliked We were on pitch 20 which is adjacent to the main path to & from the site, so lots of pedestrian traffic, and also close to the rubbish bins. And we were in the shade until about 5pm each day.

From the manager: Yes July is a busy month on campsites shame you didn't ask to be moved from the shady pitch as everyone else wanted it when the temp was reaching 35c. Hope to see you again soon

Bridgnorth, Shropshire, England
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked On the back of a very traditional pub, which was very cosy. A warm welcome from Matt, the pub & site manager.
We also ate in the pub, very nice meal.
Disliked No real dog walks directly from the site and the adjacent road was relatively busy and no pavement.

From the manager: Hi Andy I'm glad you enjoyed our campsite & pub. There is a 3 mile field beside our campsite that guests use to stretch their dogs legs. There ar numerous dog walks but unfortunately they would not be suitable in this type of weather. Cheer Matt & Team
Dronfield, Derbyshire, England
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely spacious pitches, which are fairly private
Great location. Lovely area to explore with plenty of walks from the site.
Fabulous pub (The Peacock), which is just a 20 min walk away, next to a deli and cafe.
Able to pick your own pitch
Comprehensive text of instructions prior to arrival
Open green space in front of pitches
Will definitely visit again
Disliked The grass alongside the pitch, was quite long and as we were on a shady pitch, (pitch 9), it didn’t dry out and was very boggy.
