Liked Wardens on site was really helpful and welcoming. Beautiful site, very well managed and cared for a credit to the warden who makes this site his passion. Well done. Handy chip shop, Chinese, convenient stores and 2 walkable pubs. Walks off site, great quiet location with lovely country scenery.
Disliked Nothing one of the best sites we have stayed.

Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite (members only)
Liked Peaceful country setting, listening to the bird life. Far reaching field views. A 1/2 mile walk to a busy public house, with a beautiful beer garden over looking duck pond, lots of people eating food, great reviews. Short walk in other direction to pretty village centre with local shops and further eating and drinking establishments, a nearby canal to walk along and for further a field public rights of way take you to a nearby reservoir. So no need to leave the site. Welcoming owner who provided arrival instructions, with contact details if you wanted any assistance, or he is available on site. Will definitely return with so many walking options available to us. Electric and water tap on every other pitch. Recycle and elsan point conveniently sited too, level hardstanding pitches. A lovely new CL site that is on our return list.

Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Site could be nice with more TLC
Disliked Mud left on newly created pitches making it unavoidable to tread through to get inside your motorhome. Water tap shared in middle of boggy field, muddy electric hook up. Reception closed at 7pm but to be fair this is pointed out in your booking, but if travelling here after work makes for a tight arrival time. Worst was the potholes around the site access road this should have been resolved before opening the site. Unfortunately as the site was so wet people had no where to park their cars as the grass was not suitable so very tight to manoeuvre around the parked cars. Pitches are close together so little area for sitting if you could get your car parked on the grass area.

Liked Wow the views, you won't want to leave. The signs state the best views in Cornwall and that is no lie. Pitch where you like and the lovely Geoff will come and greet you. Don't want to give this site away as we would wish to return but it's just too nice I have to be kind and share. This is 100% a must stay at place if you are in the area.
OK basic facilities but very clean and this is stated on site information, so I have no issues at all.
Many walkers on the coastal path next to the site where chatting with us asking how we found this place and could not believe the views on offer, even they stayed we had the best pitch in Cornwall, just heavenly.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked friendly welcoming staff showed us to our pitch and explained where facilities were, clean facilities available 24 hrs, lovely walks straight from the site and nice pub.
Disliked Could do with wider hard standing area, run of slabs to park over but when you leave your vehicle you are on muddy grassy area so muddy feed brought into camper. however they did try to combat the issue offering a pallet to step onto. Water in the washing up area was less than luke warm so washing greasy dishes was a challenge.
