Liked Location was great and close to Bourton on the Water. Kitchen facilities and use of fridge, kettle etc was brilliant Hot water in showers and plenty of toilet rolls. Cabins are nice and warm. Clean toilets. Camping area looked great and lots of space. Amazing pub down the road and nice walks.

Disliked Small site where cabins are close together. Ok if travelling in a group but not if you want to get away from it all. Layout could be better as cabins face each other. Kids play area was also really close to cabin. Shower was blocked with hair and clothes hooks over mirrors! Not sure why but would be better situated on opposite wall. Cabin had dead spiders and cobwebs so not sure when last cleaned. Luckily my husband dealt with this otherwise I would have left. No table in cabin, which would be needed for longer stays. Ok as we were only there for a night. Need to take your own bedding even though pitchup shows included. Have to pay extra to have beds made up. Didn't see any staff as we arrived in the evening. Saw staff on site in the morning but not even a 'good morning'!!

Liked Wonderful site. Beautiful views. Hobbit hole had everything you needed. Really peaceful place. Facilities are clean and owners are really friendly and helpful.

Disliked Showers were a bit hit and miss. Never busy and managed to find a working one everyday.

Liked Everything. Wonderful site and lovely pods. The hot tub was great too. Very friendly and helpful owners. Toilet and shower facilities are excellent and are kept very clean. Very peaceful site. Only stayed for one night but felt very relaxed. Booked to stay again on journey home enjoyed our stay that much!

Liked Everything was fantastic! Site owners are lovely and very hospitable. Very clean facilities. Lots of information about local area provided. Kids really enjoyed the tyre swing and feeding the chickens! Can't recommend Fairhaven enough. Just brilliant. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Carrie and family
