Liked Such a magical and special site….. We are seasoned Campervan folks and this site really stands out for us.
Tina and her husband are such lovely folks and could not have been more helpful, in a low key way. especially when my partner wasn’t too well.
It’s a very quiet site. No music. Adults only which we hadn’t realised when we booked, however it added to the peace. Lots of space.
The pitches don’t have electric which suited us, however there is an amazing quirky building with electric points if you need them, kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryers…. And a wonderful honesty shop where you can buy anything from eggs, bacon to shampoo and Buck’s Fizz! Plus Fridge freezers to store your food in.
The loos, showers, pot washing and facilities are brilliant! Unisex - which was interesting and fun chatting to folks. Super old/ retro furniture in the washroom area. All very clean.
Outside is a pretty covered area with sofas and tables and chairs with fairy lights at night. Wonderful clear unpolluted night sky and views of the stars…..
Great dog walking close by.
