What customers say
A tidy, peaceful, well-kept site with roomy pitches. Staff/owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and sufficient, though a bit dated. Great for exploring the Dales, with a pub across the street. Limited kids' entertainment.

Great for adults and just to relax on a quiet campsite. Great place.
Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked It was tidy and clean. Not too big and overwhelming. It was quiet and had the amenities you need; showers, toilets, dryers/washing machines, sinks etc, places to empty grey waste, bins, water points. Wifi, wlec. Hook ups, Dog friendly. Ideal place for a base to go and explore the dales.
Disliked Couldn't play light ball games. Not much to do for children. Not much to complain about really.

Liked The owners were lovely and friendly! Very helpful. The site itself was very quiet and peaceful, a lot of seasonal pitches but everyone we spoke to were welcoming. We were opposite the first toilet block near the road. Can hear the road noise but didn’t disturb us during the night. Toilet block a bit outdated but very clean. No play area on the site but our little girl still had a great time. Very good WiFi connection at our pitch, didn’t have any issues with it. Not far from Brymor Ice cream parlour or Leyburn. We will definitely be coming back to this site!

Liked This site was exceptionally clean probably one of the best we have visited. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our three nights we'll definitely be back.
Disliked Absolutely nothing. But be aware the pub across the road is not connected to the site and at £17.50 for a Guinness & a white wine I'll be giving it a miss next time 🤣😲
