Liked: Great location, close to Chester. Pitches n grounds immaculate. Facilities very clean.
Disliked: Dishwasher station bog basic, water only warm, very unappealing for washing utensils and Delph. No grey waste disposal facilities ot recycling option.

Liked: Easy access to Chester. Cafe on site for breakfast or lunch. Neat and clean site
Disliked: We found the site very noisy as close to two busy roads. I didn’t get much sleep as road noise all night. We had a pitch in the center with an awning, the grass area to sit out on was very narrow and you felt right ontop of the van in next pitch. No where to put your toiletries in the shower. Also you feel very closed in as no views just hedges and other vans or tents. No where for children to play. No where to walk to, need to go out in car to get to any shops or a pub to eat.

We are pleased you found our site with easy access to Chester.
sadly the downside to that as can be seen via google and previous reviews is that we are near to a road. Each gravel pitch is 10 meters deep and 7 meters wide with an equal sized grassed area with each pitch - so we are not sure quite how much more space it is that you want ?.There are 4 hooks in each private brand new shower area and we feel that this is adequate. We are sat on 3 acres of land bounded by hedgerow, which helps both shield some road noise and gives privacy, it was also a condition of our planning permissions that we plant a hedgerow.

Due to our location we are situated by a main road and close to motorway access for North Wales/Liverpool/Manchester so we do experience some road noise.

Liked: The site was well maintained and extremely tidy , the toilet block and shower cubicles were also very clean. The pitch was a good size with plenty of room for an awning etc
Disliked: It is between two very busy roads, and so road noise is continous. We had our two dogs with us and found there was no suitable place to walk them am and pm, we had to use the cycle path/farm road behind the site which wasn't ideal as it runs alongside the dual carriageway.

Liked: Only stayed one night but had everything we needed for a short stay - EHU; showers and toilets very close and a good breakfast in the on-site cafe.
Disliked: Alot of road noise but didn't trouble us as it was like white noise.

Liked: Easy access, good amenities close to Chester and all in all a very relaxing site. Cafe on site for a munch ..
Disliked: Only one slight issue ( if you can call it that!!) the A road at the perimeter of the site, during commuting its notcible especially when the bikers ride along at 30mph 🤣🤣
