The site was lovely and clean. I liked the fact it is a dog friendly site, as I took my 2 dogs. It had a lovely area for food & drinks, and a little amusement area for kids (or big kids). The pool & gym looked lovely although I didn’t use them. Located in a lovely area at the south of the Lake District. We used it for a base staying in a camping pod to sight see.

My only dislike was one morning the shower was cold in the shower block. We couldn’t park next to our camping pod, we had number 15 & it appears Saturday nights are a little rowdy in the bar.

Best camping site with brilliant facilities. The huts are perfect, reasonable bar prices, park, swimming arcade etc. Had a fabulous weekend and will deffo be returning

Not much variety in the shop, could do with being a bit bigger.

Pretty much everything, fantastic value for money, lots to do. The camping pods are so cozy and simple but has everything you need. Absolutely loved it and will be booking again .

Only thing to improve is more bin stations.

Pod was clean, bathrooms quite new and clean, nice warm shower

Way to reception running by the pods! Sat in front of pod in afternoon / evening there was a car driving pass every few minutes!
Pod has many holes, like under the door, window not closing fully, which made nights very cold and drafty.
Swimming pool paid for guests- you must pay before arrival! I've not used my pass so just lost £12 as they don't refund.

The facilities are top notch, The lakes within easy reach, Beautiful area of nature beauty and most off all the price. Staff are very friendly. Definitely will be staying again.

How close we were to the showers/toilets. Parking right outside the pod. Close to Windermere and motorway (M6)

Wifi expensive

Excellent place. Very friendly staff. Incredible value for money. I went for a 15 to 20 minute walk in the nature reserve which became 3 hours in glorious sunshine. Will be back soon.
