Restaurant was excellent. Toilet clean. Well maintained site otherwise

Site is mainly gravel. Would be nice e to have a grass area per site. Our pitch was right on the car park which was handy for the toilets and centre but were basically pitched n the road so not the best for a 3 and 6 year old

This was our first visit to Fell End over the Easter break. Lovely staff and welcome. Came out with us to choose our pitch. Facilities were very clean, including the pool and changing area. Purchased the family pass prior to going and we could just come and go as we pleased. Really relaxed and no booking/queuing which was great. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Great location for exploring and we had fab weather which was a bonus. Had to pay separately for electric but not a problem as the pitch booking was great value.

Nothing, great find and will be back.

Pool, bar drinks and food prices and quality,
Staff were lovely

Toilets were minging, as so was the showers they wasn't cleaned daily,
Children running and biking around everywhere even little tots seemed to be without any parents. Adults just sat and drank all day and children ran around aimlessly .

Great site, set in the middle of woodlands.
The children loved the pool and the walks.
Dogs had fun walking around and meeting other humans and dogs.
The restaurant and bar were packed daily, the food was very nice too.
Staff were polite and friendly.
Toilet/shower block was kept clean and tidy.
WiFi wasn't great in the touring section but the phone reception was good enough for me to watch Wrestlemania on Netflix so I couldn't complain.

Poor pitch, on car park, apeared to be just stuck on to generate more income, electric expensive , tolets dirty

Lovely site, quiet and well kept. Shower was lovely

Facilities and cleanliness. Lovely toilet block. My children loved the swimming pool. Great location.

Used fell end as a stop over while helping our daughter with child care. Staff excellent, family pool excellent. Ok in February but I imagine the summer is different

Clean facilities, close to the pod .

WiFi has got a very poor signal.
The pool wasn't working by one day, any information on the website.
In that situation I was trying to rebook half of the staying for a different date but it was impossible.
