Caravan space was good, on site bar and restaurant

Couldn't find doggy poo bins throughout site

Second time I stayed at fell end. Staff are excellent very friendly. They are so helpful, the facilities are spotless. The bar and food are excellent and reasonably priced. I will be using fell end every time I go to lakes on my bike 10 out of 10.

The best complex/centre at a campsite I've ever been to.
The swimming pool was clean and warm, the bar was big and welcoming, with great food options. The breakfast was excellent.
Genuinely felt like a micro centre parks!

Beautiful grounds, in a lovely remote area.
Shower and toilet facilities very good, and clean.

Really friendly and helpful staff.
Would definitely stay again (in a bigger accommodation!)

Pod too small for any more than 2 people in our opinion. With 3 air beds blown up, we only just had space to stand at the door. It wouldn't be such a problem if there was a porch area. With the rain we had it made things really tricky.
We wouldn't book the same type of pod again for this reason.

Was fab!!! The only two I’ve marked lower than 10 is entertainment because I feel like there could’ve been a little more for the kids on an evening. And also WiFi because it literally doesn’t reach outside the bar.

Closeness of the bar and pool

Small gravel pitch next to road not a deal for children cars driving right in from the pitch . Very worrying with you take young kids. One staff member very unwilling to help. Everything seemed to much hassle for him

But it was OK.

Nice space between the pods so you didn't feel too cramped, with parking next to pod which made unloading/loading car easy. Toilets were clean and well stocked.
Location suited nicely for day trips, but equally walks from the site, and welcome pack with good map of site.

Shower doors could of had another hook or shelf, especially when you got kids with you there wasn't enough space to hang towel or bags. A monthly (or seasonal) list of opening times for the reception/bar etc would be better than a weekly one.
