Lovely peaceful site ( once bank holiday revellers had left…) with lots of beautiful nature trees for shade

Liked: 10/10 for location and staff friendliness (although our poor French made it difficult to communicate)
Disliked: No hot water in the showers
Toilet and washing block at the bottom of the campsite (nearest the lake) was very basic, the main facilities were much better

Disliked: Restaurant next door has music on till late couple of evening. This year a big fight broke out and Police were called aswell.

Liked: Great location, access to the lake and some restaurants on the water front. About 30 mins drive into central Annecy. Shower and toilets.
Disliked: Wasn’t any soap the wash hands after using the loo.

Liked: Location, only a few yards from the lakeside. Boat trips available nearby to go to Annecy, and close to bus stop.
Friendly staff.Disliked: Shower block was horrible, cold, dark, cobwebby and a pull chain for the shower which gave about 30 seconds of water.
They really need to improve this facility.
The shop was very basic, the whole place is a bit run down and ramshackle.

We have received your feedback.
We would like to reiterate that the sanitary blocks are maintained daily by our team. Our blocks are partially open, and sometimes nature takes over. In the summer, we have to deal with a multitude of insects, but generally speaking, we manage these issues.
We have one or two old-fashioned showers with a chain in this first block, which certainly needs to be modernized.
Our team is vigilant in maintaining the entire site, and in some areas, the organization could be improved.
Please do not confuse the need for modernity and organization with the terms "cleanliness and ramshackle".
Our second block would certainly have been more suitable for you.

Liked: Fabulous in every way! Location is brilliant. You’re close to the no. 20 bus stop which will take you around the lake and to Annecy. A two minute walk to the dock to pick up the boat which also takes you around the lake and to Annecy. Very friendly campsite, quiet, great pitches with water and electric. Very clean showers, toilets and washing facilities. A little shop and various good restaurants within easy walking distance. Selection of beaches very close. A great find. We will be back.
