Powered grass tent or RV campsite
Liked A superb site. Not too many pitches, all well maintained with options for electric hook up.
The pitches are a good size with plenty of room between pitches.
The site has fabulous facilities with a couple of bathrooms that offer everything your home bathroom does. There are additional showers and toilets.
A very good communal area. It was useful to have access to a freezer, and fridges for food and drinks in the hot weather. There are also a couple of sinks for washing up.
The owners have added lots of little touches such as having ice available, bbqs to hire, eggs for sale along with ocal information. They are very friendly and helpful, and keep the site and facilities spotlessly clean.
We would definitely happily return

Powered grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Campsite was well kept and peaceful. Owners Juliette and Lee were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Shower facilities, toilets and washing area were modern and always clean. They provided everything you need from toilet roll, hand wash, washing up liquid, sponges, bowls, drainers, kettle, microwave, option to purchase tea coffee hot chocolate and eggs, use of fridge and freezer and even ice which was very welcomed in hot weather we had.
Loved sitting out in morning with a cup of tea watching the sun rise, the birds flying round and listening to local farm animals.
The site feels like you are in the middle of the countryside but is centrally located so everything is accessible. We visited a lot of places during our stay from Abersoch to Abergale and all within approximately an hour away. There is a aldi and Tesco within 20 min drive away. Also lovely beach and restaurants in nearby village in Criccieth and would also highly recommend a walk to David Lloyd George Grave site about a 10 minute walk from the campsite then along the gorgeous Afon Dwyfor river.
The site is dog friendly but dogs must be kept on a lead. There is a walking area to toilet your dog. Their isn't a lot of shade on the site though so would recommend an awning/similar to help provide a cool area for your pooch.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

FHU cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked One of the best sites we have stayed at. The owners are both welcoming and lovely. The showers and toilets were always immaculate and we think that this mirrors the extremely hard work that the owners put into this lovely site. It was an absolute joy to stay here, and we will definately be booking again!

A beautifully kept site in a good location for exploring the area.
Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked Stunning little site. Very nicely maintained and presented.
The kitchen and cleaning facilities are very clean and spacious with nice little touches like a lighter being available if you have forgotten yours.
Besides individual WCs and showers there are 2 larger shower rooms with toilets which makes it feel more like home instead of struggling in a tiny cubicle. Also have to add that for the size of the site and the mix of tents, caravans and camper vans there are a more than adequate number of facilities meaning queuing was never an issue.
The owners are very friendly and helpful giving good communication about getting to the site and showing us around on arrival.
Some reviews mention road noise from the nearby lane but have to say this was very rare at night during our visit.
Free WiFi on site worked very well and we were almost as far as possible from the main building.
