What customers say
Great location, spacious sites, friendly staff. Basic but clean facilities with hot showers. Farm setting appreciated, near Llandudno & attractions with easy bus access. Some find facilities dated; noise/crowding during peak times noted by a few.

Filthy facilities and caravan rally people thinking they own the place
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Check in was easy enough
Disliked This was our second visit. Having been a few months ago we couldn’t wait to return on our round wales travels. Sadly this time we left a day early! The site toilets and facilities were filthy! Stinking and vile! Urine soak toilet paper all over the floors around the toilets. Sinks filthy! Rat chew marks on the outer toilet door to the male ablutions. We don’t mind basic and had nothing but praise on our first trip earlier in the year. I spoke with one of the people who have a seasonal pitch and he said it’s the same everytime the caravan clubs pitch up, one whole field had a caravan rally on and he said they don’t respect the facilities. When the site is so busy it wouldn’t be too much to ask to up facility inspections and cleaning routines. Sadly we wont be retuning despite as I mentioned loving the site in the ‘off season’.

Liked Plenty of space.
Disliked Showers need updating, Toilets need updating, they all worked ok but very old and dated, I understand it’s on a Farm but it doesn’t mean they can’t provide mor modern facilities.

Liked Laid back, good price, excellent location with bus stop outside
Disliked Didn’t dislike but for the size of the site maybe some additional showers would be useful.

Lovely site

Liked Friendly check in. Everything explained. Lovely cake cupboard. Toilets quite clean throughout. Could maybe do with an update soon. Animals around which we nice. Quiet after 11pm. Has plenty to do around
Disliked Shower block far away. Not enough sinks in toilets certain times of day for amount of people on site. Unsure if had arrived as didn’t see any signage. Difficult for caravans going round building to get onto site if a car coming, play area could do with an update, although didn’t realise the site had a little climbing frame and swing until we arrived so not an issue.
