What customers say
Guests love this adults-only spot for spotless facilities, roomy sites & chill vibes. Staff are friendly, the bar's a hit, and food trucks offer variety. Dog-friendly woods are a bonus. A few noted spotty Wi-Fi & a tight access road, but it's highly recommended for a peaceful escape.

Best campsite we've stayed at yet!
Emma's Glade primitive grass campervan or tent campsite (no pets, wild)
Liked Absolutely everything!!! Especially no children, what a bonus. We couldn't bring our dogs as one is too reactive and the other too old. Emma's Glade was perfect for us to not have a constant reminder that we'd left our fur babies at home. Bathroom facilities excellent, as were the washing up stations. We also loved Monty's Bar in the gorgeous sunshine with the delicious cocktails. We had pizza from the van on the Friday evening which was fabulous, great to have the option of not having to cook!! Overall absolutely brilliant, so good we stayed an extra night!
Disliked Having to pack up and go home... :(

From the manager: Hi Justin,
Good to hear you liked your stay with us. Sorry about the pegs, the ground is normally quite hard anyway but after months of no rain it's harder than ever!! If you ever have problems here again pop into Reception and someone will come and help you.

Disliked The freezer for the ice blocks - it didn’t freeze mine
When I arrived I wasn’t explained too about everything on offer, luckily was in a group so they explained.
I found it difficult to find my pitch as it wasn’t explained to me either.
Need more signage for the different areas as it’s very difficult to find warren camping.

From the manager: I'm sorry to hear you did not get a full check in when you arrived, everything should have been explained to you and you should have been shown on the map how to get to your pitch. We will remind our staff of the importance of giving all of the information. Please accept our apologies for this. I hope that this did not spoil your stay, our staff are on hand in Reception or around the park to help if you have any questions.

Emma's Glade primitive grass campervan or tent campsite (no pets, wild)
Liked Clean and tidy. Liked the no dog area.
Disliked Too many dogs (ok if that’s your thing) great bar in the evening, just over populated with dogs.

From the manager: Hi Kevin,
Sorry you felt there were too many dogs on site. We are a dog friendly park and welcome our four legged friends. We do have a rule of no more than 2 dogs per customer in the bar to to try and keep everyone happy. I'm glad to see you visited the lake area which is dog free, it is really beautiful and peaceful down there. Hope to see you again soon.

Disliked Poorly stocked shop for food
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Thank you Chris for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We do try to stock all the essentials in the shop including food items as well as catering options every night. If there was something you particularly thought we had missed then please email us and we can see if we can add it to our shelves. We do have 3 large supermarkets all within 5 minutes of us which are all marked in your arrival welcome booklet if there was something out of hours as well.
