- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- American-style RVs are not permitted.

Liked An excellent campsite close to Dawlish Warren, spotlessly clean and with lovely facitities. This site has no entertainment hub and this is what makes it special, pure camping for us. We have been many times, but not for a coupke of years, and back during heatwave 3.0 (!) we were very pleased to see a new cafe facility with such friendly staff and a superb bacon bap (amongst many other offerings) for a mere £3! Highly recommended site for those who want a top level pure camping stay.

Liked Staff were very helpful, changed our pitch to a shaded part so that we were not in the direct sun, unfortunately we had to leave early as it was too hot that week for the dog , we will return, but not when there's a heatwave 🥵
