What customers say
Great campsite! Friendly, clean, spacious tents with comfy beds and thoughtful touches. Hosts are welcoming. Peaceful, family-friendly with good views. Some found it windy but tents stayed dry. A few wanted fridge space and better road signs.

We only stayed for one night…
Bell tent
Liked We only stayed for one night bud loved it wished we could have stayed longer. Lovely location, friendly staff, toilet and showers are modern and clean. The tents were nice clean and tidy all set up for when we arrived could park right next to the tent and the facilities aren’t too far away from the tents. I’m sure if we had stayed longer and explored more we would have found more positive points so there may be more.

Great experience
Bell tent
Liked Lovely glamping stay! Everything was clean, comfortable and well looked after. The toilet and hot shower facilities were great, and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast items, including onions and coffee, on weekend mornings. A great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!
Disliked One downside was that there are no kitchen facilities or equipment at all—no kettle or cooking facilities, just sinks. It would be much more convenient to have at least a kettle available for guests.

Good and we’ve come back but could be great
Bell tent
Liked Glamping tents, space, the site and cleanliness
Disliked Lack of water in the main shower blocks once the first people have been for a shower, this also means the drinking water can slow right down for a little while.
Also electric charging at glamping isn’t really an option

Mark and the team were extremely…
Bell tent (deluxe)
Liked Mark and the team were extremely accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe tent with its own kitchenette which was very well equipped with everything we needed. The shower facilities are good with separate cubicles with a toilet and basin. Lovely hot showers every morning! Although we didn’t use it, there is a sauna on site and the restaurant offered breakfast sandwiches on the weekend which was lovely. We found it to be a very family friendly site with great views over the ocean and Lundy island. We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to visiting Livit again.

Can't wait to book again!
Bell tent (deluxe)
Liked Lovely location, great facilities, pizza was fantastic! Very peaceful and well spaced pitches. Bell tents were very well set up and perfect for a family of four with two younger children. Great location, central to pretty much anything you want, beach, wakepark, walking. The deluxe tents are absolutely perfect for just throwing some clothes in the car and heading off! Will most definitely stay again!
