What customers say
Peaceful, well-kept campsite with spacious, level pitches, lovely valley views and sunsets. Spotless facilities with hot showers and kitchenette. Friendly owners offer thoughtful touches. Great location for local attractions and Camel Trail. Can be windy, but overall very positive with many returning.

Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Facilities were great. Cleaned every day. We were there for a week and at times the site was full, but everything was still in good condition.
The staff were friendly and offered suggestions of local supermarkets when asked.
Great location for all parts of Cornwall, we drove all around and this was central enough for us.
Good reception for our phones, too.
Disliked The pitches are a generous size, but it would be good to have a small hedge or fence as other campers' children were running through pitches some days even after we asked. This isn't a fault of the camp, but the campers in the week we were there, but a clear divide would help to prevent this from happening.

Disliked Such a shame sauna is only open Friday and Sunday, would have loved to use it mid week.

From the manager: Thanks so much for the lovely review — we’re so happy you enjoyed the peaceful vibe and all the little bits around the site :)
The sauna is actually available anytime on request during your stay! Fridays and Sundays are our relaxed drop-in sessions when we light it for everyone to use freely, but we’re always happy to fire it up midweek too!
