Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 30 consecutive nights.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 18/05 and 01/09.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £100.00 ($184.54) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within -7 days of arrival and will be refunded within 14 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £20.00 ($36.91) fee.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

Extras

• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Portable generators are not permitted.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 25/07 and 01/09 and between 02/09 and 22/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. between 25/07 and 01/09.

Occupancy

• Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

General

• The bar is open between 18/05 and 01/09.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

General

• The fishing lakes are stocked with Carp, Tench, Roach, Bream, Rudd, Perch.
• The games room is open between 25/03 and 22/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 20/05 and 16/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Occupancy

• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.
