What customers say
Beautiful, well-kept site, spotless modern facilities. Stunning views, spacious spots, direct access to Ingleton Waterfalls Trail – great for hikers. Friendly staff are a highlight. Remote location and narrow road are noted, but overall experience is excellent, with many wanting to return. Occasional weekday quarry noise.

Liked The site has wonderful views both up and down the valley. Good pitch sizes and probably the best and cleanest toilets and showers we’ve ever seen.
Disliked We love that the camper pitches are dark, but the big steps down from the campervan area to the toilet facilities would benefit from some downlighting.

Great stop.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked This is a great site whether tent camping or in the van, everything was clean and well looked after, Dave has fantastic knowledge of the local area and was really helpful on place to go and places to eat. The little shop on site has basic needs and the kiosk has teas coffees, etc etc. on the whole the site is a fantastic stop and the stepping stones and water falls make it that much more.
Disliked The only thing I would change is to have a general wast disposal bin in the camping site.

Liked Everything.
Disliked Just some solar lighting as it’s very dark and quite a walk to the shower block . A more stocked shop and an off licence

An absolute gem of a site.…
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked An absolute gem of a site. Fantastic views, and right in the middle of some great dales walks. Dark skies for star gazing before falling asleep to the sound of nearby waterfalls followed by waking up to see deer skipping through the site and over fences. Facilities very modern, plentiful and immaculately clean.
Disliked Only the weather, but even that couldn't detract from a great weekend.

Probably the best kept (and most peaceful) site I've stayed on.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked I received a text message to let me know where to park. I arrived a bit late after reception had closed, but the manager had seen me arrive and popped down with the key fob for the amenities block. The facilities were great (spotless!), and the whole site was very well kept. It was very quiet and peaceful at night.
Disliked Nothing they could change. I could have done with fewer steps down to the showers after completing the Yorkshire three peaks!
Also, the single track road was busy with oncoming traffic when I was heading back down to Ingleton on my way home. It's very tight when two vans meet.

Liked Fantastic location, great views . Very good shower/ toilet facilities. WiFi was very good.
Disliked Pitch (hardstanding with grass) appeared to be grass only. View slightly undermined by the nearby working quarry.
