What customers say
Great riverside spot with lovely walks; peaceful & quiet. Pub gets rave reviews for food (carvery!) & friendly staff. Pitches are good-sized & level. Hosts are welcoming, facilities mostly clean, though some found washrooms dated/unclean. Coin showers were a sticking point. WiFi only in pub.

Relaxed camping stay serving lovely food at the pub
Primitive grass campsite
Liked I actually really liked this site! The location was very peaceful and the pub on site was friendly and served exceptional food!
We got allocated pitch 21 and it was right next to the little play area which my kids absolutely loved and made the most of! It's not an overly big campsite but I liked it like that, it made a nice change. We drove into Goole a few times which was only a 7 minute drive. The weather was perfect for camping when we arrived which added to our pleasant stay.
Disliked The ground was pretty hard when putting up our tent but this is obviously no fault of the owners.

Second Time On Site, Not Disappointed
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked - Good Size Hardstanding Pitches
- Fantastic Food in the Pub
- Friendly Staff
Second stay on this site and we cannot fault it. The food in the pub is absolutely stunning and the site is quiet enough, with ample space on the pitches. We stayed on a hardstanding electrical pitch which we had no issues finding or hooking up to.
We received a text the morning of our stay detailing the pitch we would be on for the duration of the stay with some more information on the site such as location of showers, pub opening times and where to find our plot.
Andy and all staff we spoke with were polite and helpful. Already discussing our next stay

Powered grass and gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Nice friendly and helpful managers, site was great location , lovely and quiet even kids were around caused no trouble . Views from the bank of river and walks along the river were lovely . Pub food was amazing , carvery very well attended with plenty of choice of meat and with homemade Yorkshire puds . Great value at £12 per head . Staff couldn’t do enough worth going again for the carvery .
Disliked Advertised as having WiFi onsite and there was non WiFi only available in the pub . We
Found pitches too close together as you were having to go on neighbours pitch to empty the Elson . Limited toilet facilities for a 20pitch site and as many commented water pressure was very low down to it being pumped in .
