Fab fab fab
Powered grass and earth campsite
Liked I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hill Farm. The campsite is quaint and not overly busy, and although there are other campers on site its quiet easy to forget and immerse yourself in the beauty of the place.
The pitches are lovely and personal and you're not jammed in close together like sardines.
There are ample toilets and showers and other camping facilities dotted around the site not far from the pitches, so the midnight jaunt to the toilet isn't a two mile hike like in other campsites.
Jaik and Jeff were particularly welcoming. Would definitely return!
Disliked Nothing!
Good site would definitely stay again
Powered cement/asphalt campsite
Liked We stayed on the CL site which was very good. A nice area to stay.
Great site for the price, I was very happy with my stay.
Powered grass and earth campsite
Liked I arrived just before my time. No one was to be found but the details set out in the instructions made it very easy to find my pitch. The pitch itself was a little rough underfoot but its location on the site was perfect for me. It was nestled in between some trees a perfect spot for watching the sun set in peace and quiet. Later in the afternoon I met the owner who was friendly and approachable. It had everything I needed on site; toilet, shower, washing up facilities and electric hook up. As a solo female I felt safe and comfortable, some of the regulars there were friendly and happy to help with any questions I had.
Disliked I wasn’t keen on how rough the ground was or the fact I had to add an extension to the electric hook up. Saying that you get what you pay for.
Very quite site. The owner was very approachable.
Powered cement/asphalt campsite
Liked Quiet and peaceful .
Disliked Was like going back to 80s when using the toilet and shower facilities
Excellent in all respects
Primitive grass and earth campsite
Liked 45% shade for most pitches, level, spacious, easy to find, no queuing for several clean showers and toilets, a friendly and helpful host, lots of tables chairs and toys around the site, a mile from a good pub cum restaurant and a Budgen's supermarket. Good value. No idea why it's called Hill Farm!
Disliked Slight sound of busy A12 in the background
A good site which we would recommend for a quiet stay.
Powered grass and earth campsite
Liked Size of pitch was generous, level and had easy access to water and electrics.
Quiet and relaxed.
Helpful and attentive staff.
Disliked Noise from the A12

Liked A gem, small site and very friendly. Site, showers and toilets very clean. All you need really and excellent value for money. Would stay again for sure. Late arrivals no issue. Free WiFi good too!
Disliked Nothing to dislike
Lovely site; clean, friendly and quiet. We recommend.
Powered grass and earth campsite
Liked Pitch size is large, toilets and shower room nice and clean. We liked that our pitch was shaded by trees, and very peaceful. Jake the owner is a lovely guy, and was working hard to maintain the site. Basic facilities, no frills campsite with a very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly campers as neighbours. We will definitely return.
Disliked Honestly can't think of anything we didn't like.
This was our second stay in 3 weeks we love the peacefulness…
Primitive grass and earth campsite
Liked This was our second stay in 3 weeks we love the peacefulness of the site and how close it is to other spots we want to visit like Southwold being a 15ish minute drive away. Our children also like exploring the little wood on site
