What customers say
A peaceful, friendly woodland campsite with great value & a helpful owner. Spacious, private pitches. Basic but clean facilities, some needing an update. Good for exploring Suffolk coast, though A12 noise is sometimes heard. Manager addresses maintenance issues.

Unpowered grass and earth site
Liked Amazing customer service, the owner went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Very friendly little site, with a perfect mix of sunshine and shade. Great price. Brilliantly situated for Walberswick and Southwold. Easy to find. There is also a shop nearby with a bakery, so perfect for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Unpowered grass and earth site
Liked Good standard of facilities: toilets, shower, wash-up area, which were kept in clean condition and well supplied with e.g toilet paper, washing-up liquid.
Peaceful countryside location and a good centre for walking/cycling locally (and quite close to the coast).
Having not read my emails properly, I turned up unexpectedly and not knowing which pitch to use, but Jaik was very accommodating and quickly had me sorted out.

Great site, location and facilities are sound.
Powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Basic campsite, but with good facilities and the area is stunning.
I met the gentleman who runs the site and trust me he is a grafter who puts a lot of effort into trying to keep the place top notch.
And the cost of this campsite is decent, so please don't expect all frills, it is what it is, but a decent place to plonk down of a night with facilities.
We had an issue with electrics due to a storm, the owner sorted this right away and through the night, making sure they were all on and good still.
Great customer service in my books!
Disliked Nothing, but there was a few reviews saying how untidy it was or lack of facilities.
I disagree with these, as the campsite doesn't portray itself as anything but a campsite for a decent price in a lovely area.

A lovely little quirky site
Powered grass and earth site
Liked Lots of greenery, very quiet, flat pitch. Perfectly located for train station, local pub (10% discount on food), shops, an excellent bakery and surrounding Suffolk places we wanted to visit. It’s quirky so each toilet & shower hut has its own set of rules but they are clean and the water is hot. Good wifi
Disliked No hot water for washing up.

Could be a top campsite with a little more effort
Powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Lively location situ amongst young trees and pitches are a good distance apart.
Disliked Lots and lots of discarded items dumped in random places around the site made it look bit like a rubbish tip, the toilets and showers could do with a update. But the site could be really special place with a bit more attention to detail everything seems half finished.

Powered grass and earth site
Liked Lovely quiet rural site, expected no frills but had much more facilities than expected and extremely well looked after. Spacious pitches, dog loved it and Jaik was extremely helpful. Love the use of old materials throughout site which makes it homely and old school, rather than a posh campsite (which we hate!). Would stay again.
