What customers say
This small, peaceful farm campground has spacious, level sites, many with fire pits. Visitors love the friendly, helpful owners and charming farm atmosphere with animals. Facilities are clean & well-kept, though some find the compost toilets basic & lacking privacy. Occasional aircraft noise from nearby Brize Norton. Great for exploring local villages and attractions.

Brilliant pitches, lovely owner, facilities could be cleaner
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lovely site with very generous pitches, ideally positioned for local attractions. Warm welcome from host & nice onsite shop.
Disliked No monitoring of single-sex group bookings (one of which got pretty loud & obnoxious after a day of drinking).
Compost toilets could be better managed - when the compost mountain is within inches of the toilet seat surely it's time for a change?

Peaceful location, friendly and helpful owners and great pitches.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Friendly owners who were helpful and explained everything really well. Had a lovely pop up BBQ and bar from 5pm - 8pm on the Saturday which was unexpected but a great bonus as an option for dinner. Lovely atmosphere. The site facilities were clean and well looked after. The pitches were great sizes with plenty of room and your own rubbish and recycling bins provided along with a small fire pit for your personal use. I would highly recommend the site. Peaceful location and a lovely walk to the local pub, The Shilton Rose and Crown, which I also highly recommend.
