What customers say
This campsite provides a peaceful, friendly stay with roomy, level pitches near the River Trent for walks. Guests loved the clean facilities, helpful staff, and relaxed vibe, especially the communal kitchen. Some found the washrooms dated and the site can feel busy in peak season. Most would happily return.

Liked What's not to like!
Easy stress free check-in. Super friendly team, especially Martin who couldn't do enough for you....... drives his golf cart around checking in on you during your stay and ensuring that everyone is happy.
Showers and toilets a little dated but spotlessly clean at all times 😊😊
There is a smal indoor kitchen area with washing-up facilities as well as a microwave, kettle and toaster that are all free to use along with complimentary bottled water and crumpets!!!
Great location close to the river, lots of scenic walking/cycling opportunities and a great pub within easy walking distance.
Brilliantly laid out with fantastic wifi reception.
Clean and tidy campsite and very well looked after.
Will definitely return, thanks for a great stay.

Primitive grass and earth campsite
Liked Nice welcome, helpful staff, nice clean site with good facilities and nice little extra touches that take it to the next level. We went during fantastic weather on a Saturday night (non-ehu) and the pitches were nice and level, and the site was so quiet and peaceful. There's some great spots for walking nearby, easily accessible for the full family. No complaints at all!
