What customers say
This is a very well-kept, quiet, and peaceful site with friendly and welcoming owners. Pitches are level and spacious. Facilities, including the washrooms, are consistently described as spotless. An on-site aviation museum is a popular bonus. While some mention occasional road noise, it's generally not intrusive. The lack of showers is noted but often considered acceptable given the price and other positives. Visitors frequently express a desire to return.

Liked Lovely site, lovely surroundings, very neat and tidy. Small museum on site if you choose to visit. Lots to do around the area also if you choose. Birds to see, saw oyster catchers for the first time here just from the walk around the site.

From the manager: Pleased you enjoyed the wildlife. A shame you didn’t see the pair of curlews that regularly been visiting. Thanks for your review.
A lovely site with good size pitches, which is great for the dogs.

Liked A lovely site with good sized pitches on a level field. It is great for the dogs with a good exercise area.
We had a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner who was very helpful and even lent my daughter a longer power cable for her pitch.
The site is next to the road, but it wasn’t busy at night and didn't disturb us.
There is only a toilet which was spotless.
Cranwell Aviation museum is also on site, which is well worth a walk around.

Liked Location good for Sleaford and Newark, very clean toilet and washroom. Also Very good recycling facilities and chemical disposal. Friendly host, loved the little honesty shop, books, puzzles and various other items. Nice flat pitches, well kept site. Also we'll priced
Disliked One toilet could be an issue if site was full. Slight road noise but never really bothered us. Would be nice if a hedge was installed to replace ranching fence for extra site privacy.

From the manager: Always disappointing when we only receive an 8/10.
We have addressed the issue of one toilet many times on here and our ratio is no lower than most other sites.
Perfect Clean small site
